The Practice will use the results of the survey to:
- Review the free text responses and analyse what the practice can do better with the patient participation group.
- Share the praise from patients with the staff.
- Promote the use of the Friends and Family ipad now in the foyer (this was not available for the majority of the Friends and Family survey this time).
