Online services are an easy way to help us look after you. With the NHS app, you can:
- Check your symptoms.
- Book, cancel and search for appointments.
- Order repeat prescriptions.
- View your medical record.
- Register to be an organ donor.
- Choose how the NHS uses your data.
You can set up online services using one of two ways:
You no longer need to bring in proof of identity to set up online services, you can do it via the NHS app on your phone! In order to set up online prescriptions, appointment booking and easy access to your care record, simply download the NHS app and follow the onscreen instructions.
In order to set up your Patient Access account, you can bring in 2 examples of ID to the front desk or contact the practice via florey.accurx.com/p/L85001 and we can help to set this up. To enable online services from the front desk, we require:
- Either a drivers licence or passport.
- Utility bill, bank statement or other official proof of residence less than three months old.
Appointment Bookings From eReferrals
When you ring to book your appointment from a referral, you may be told that there are no appointments available. This is currently standard practice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You will need to choose a provider following which you will be added to the list for an appointment. You will then be contacted by the hospital when an appointment becomes available. Please do not delay in ringing the booking line otherwise you will experience a longer wait.
