The northern boundary follows a line through Kingston St Mary, Fulford, Pickney and Cotford St Luke. Bishops Lydeard village is included up to the edge of the village. The western boundary follows a line through Cotford St Luke to Hillfarrance. The southern boundary runs from Hillfarrance to Rumwell and then due east to the Taunton Green Wedge. The Practice area is bounded in the east by a line through the 'Taunton Green Wedge' to the junction of East Street and East Reach. It proceeds east along East Reach and north over Obridge viaduct. It then passes along Priorswood Rd, up Maidenbrook Lane then through the villages of Cheddon Fizpaine. Upper Cheddon and Kingston St Mary.
